Inclusions
Unlike prefabricated models, our turnkey models come fully completed and assembled in our factory in Sydney, Australia. Browse through our selection to explore sizes and unique features. Depending on the model’s size and layout, some include kitchens and bathrooms, while others offer an open-plan design, allowing you to customise the space and make it your own.
Choosing Model
When selecting your model, it’s recommended to start by measuring your space with a tape measure to plan the layout, taking into account setbacks and any obstacles like trees, sewer lines, or existing structures. A site survey can also help determine the ideal position for your building.
After measuring, consult with a local crane company, providing them with the details of your model. In most cases, they’ll visit your site to identify the best access points and ensure clearance for a smooth installation. Once you get the green light, it’s time to reserve your new space.
Approvals
Most of our open-plan models under 20 square metres are designed to qualify as exempt developments in NSW. However, regulations can vary depending on the type of property and location. We always recommend contacting your local council or town planner to obtain further details regarding approvals and certifications.
Site Preparation
All turnkey models come with an integrated steel floor system base, making relocation from one site to another quick and easy. In addition to its maneuverability, the integrated base saves weeks of time and costs typically spent on preparing a concrete slab foundation.
For flat blocks, typically a set of concrete pads is required, while sloped blocks and uneven terrains may need steel posts for additional support. We recommend consulting a local landscaper or builder to determine the best option for your property, as each site is unique and different.
