At Space Tiny House, we prioritize excellence in craftsmanship, hence our selection of top-tier materials designed for longevity. Our construction avoids the use of chipboard, vinyls, or MDF, opting instead for premium solid timbers and plywood. We meticulously handcraft each element and leverage bulk purchasing to maintain competitive pricing without compromising quality. While we primarily utilize superior materials, modifications are feasible with an associated customization fee.

The maximum height is 4.3m, the maximum width is 2.5m, and the maximum length is 9m (10.5m including the draw bar). We ensure that our constructions adhere to the regulations for road legality. Consequently, we are constrained to a weight limit of 4.5 tonne. It is unfeasible for us to exceed 9m in length without surpassing the 4.5 tonne limit.

One of the standout features we offer is the innovative ‘slide out’ mechanism. This innovation allows for an additional meter (900mm) of width to be added to a specific section of the dwelling, effectively eliminating the cramped corridor sensation often associated with tiny houses. Furthermore, the option for modular extensions is also available.
